Fox Ridge Young Women Camp 2025
“On Earth as It Is in Heaven”

Camp Theme
“On Earth as It Is in Heaven”
Our theme this year invites each young woman to connect within, with God, and with others through nature-focused experiences.
We hope that as they create, interact with, and learn more about God’s creations, each young woman will feel God’s love, build lasting friendships, and feel peace and joy.

Location & Times
Camp will be held at Bear Lake this year. We are staying in a cabin owned by the Hyldahl’s grandparents. It’s a beautiful cabin at the top of a mountain overlooking Bear Lake. Contact Elena or Maren for the address.
Young Women are asked to bring the items they have packed to the church on Wednesday morning between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m.
We will leave from the church on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. and plan to leave the cabin at Bear Lake by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Forms
Print, sign and return to Sis. Cabatu, Sis. Stromberg, or Sis. Hadfield.

What kind of activities can I expect at camp?
Devotionals, arts & crafts, nature-based activities, music, secret sisters, service, yoga, pickle ball, outdoor games, journaling, free time, skits, water play on the beach (Bear Lake), testimonies, scriptures, camp fires, s’mores, stargazing, yoga, & night games.
Where will we be staying?
We will be on the top of the mountain in Garden City overlooking Bear Lake. It’s a beautiful cabin that belongs to the Hyldahl family’s grandparents. There are 2 large rooms with beds (lots of floor space to sleep too), several restrooms, a kitchen, large gathering areas and outdoor space to explore.
Tell me more about the smaller groups we are assigned to at camp.
At camp you will have lots of time where everyone is together and engaged in various activities. Smaller groups are created to foster an environment where everyone can feel included and to provide each YW the opportunity to participate and assist in various parts of camp. Each group will have a Youth Camp Leader (YCL) to guide them in leading an activity and preparing a meal together at camp.

What is camp?

Young Women Leader Information
Why do we have camp?
Camp is an opportunity for YW to practice patterns of gospel living away from worldly influences and challenges they may face in their daily lives. Everything we do at camp can invite YW come unto Christ.
Camp will allow YW to:
Increase in self-reliance and outdoor skills
Grow in the gospel of Jesus Christ
Develop friendships
A place to gather…
“Young women need a place where they can gather together, separate from worldly influences, feel the Spirit of the Lord, grow in unity and love, and strengthen their faith and testimonies of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ” —Young Women Camp Guide
